I do not service digital pedals, anything surface mount that has an issue related to the board, tape machines, any tape echo EXCEPT Roland Space Echoes, any non-electric instruments, any guitars that need anything EXCEPT electronic repair, anything handmade, or anything that has been modified by someone other than me.

All repairs operate on a sliding scale and vary depending on general issues. Initial consultations are free. That being said, there are minimums for all things. Any repair quoted more than $50 will require a $50 deposit that will be applied to the final charge.
Pedals: $50
Synthesizers: $100
Amplifiers: $150
All other items: $50

Email is the best way to contact me. Instagram is welcome as a secondary source. I generally work 10AM-6PM Monday-Friday and will not reply to anything outside of those times. If I give you my number and receive unscheduled contact from you, I will ignore it.
Pickup and Dropoff is discussed after initial consultations. I am located in Los Angeles. Out of area repairs are welcome but you are responsible for all shipping fees. I am not liable for any damage occurred in transit nor will I service your item if it arrived differently than described.

If you bring your item to me for servicing you agree to any and all policies listed on this website. You are liable for the payment quoted and will not receive your item back until payment is complete. I am not liable for theft or damage.
Repairs are hard. They take time. Most are done within 14 days. If it takes longer, you will be informed. If you need something done sooner than 14 days, you must pay an additional non-refundable priority fee (50% of the minimum of your item). If an item takes longer than I originally quoted, you will be informed. I allow ONE follow up request from you if you are interested in the progress of the item. If you contact me a second time, I will reiterate the expected finish time and warn you not to ask again. If you ask me a third time, I will refuse service and you forfeit any deposits and must get your item from me regardless of its state.
Once I finish your item, you have two weeks to pick it up (unless schedule conflicts have already been discussed). After two weeks you will be charged an additional $10/day storage fee for each item I have. After four weeks from the finish date, you forfeit ownership of your item to me.
If something happens to your item related to the servicing I applied you are free to bring it back within 30 days for a free touch up. Anything after that, or any problems that were not addressed previously, will be considered a new repair and will be charged as such. All sales are final.
